Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff -- we received a free upgrade to a Nissan Rogue (which was an amazing amount of fun to drive!) and they even gave me a ride up to the dealership to pick up my car when the auto work was completed. Five stars, all the way guys!
I was also surprised that when I called to ask for the name of a cab company to get me there to pick up my car, they didn't offer to pick me up. Isn't that what you advertise?
Renting the car was easy and the staff was very nice. I did feel somewhat pressured to buy their insurance, and wish I'd foregone it. My only real issue was that I ordered a full size car. I did so purposely because I am a bigger person and like the space. However, I was given an Impala, which is a mid-size car and it was uncomfortable. I called and asked if I could exchange the Impala for a full size car and after a very long time on hold, was finally told that I could have an SUV for $42 dollars extra a day. Not likely!
The customer service has always been friendly. They work to make sure get the car you asked for or will try to get something better if possible.
This group has consistently confused my account with someone else and continues to do so in proof because I just received this email asking for how I liked my last use of their services. I can't make it stop and it has convinced me that although we have always rented from Enterprise, those days are over.
However, I do want to add that I rented from them a year ago and had no problems whatsoever. They also very kindly drove me to the train station. That rental experience was A+.
Garrick and the team at this location provide great attention to detail and superior customer service. They have earned my trust and will continue to be my #1 choice.
Note to staff: When someone orders a full size car, don't give them a sporty mid-size car and call it an "free upgrade". I absolutely hated the Impala.
