Very nice family run local that goes above and beyond to help very awesome people
My OH brought a ton of business here, and thought they were doing a great job, yeah they are friendly and nice, but they are greedy. The worst. Every single time we brought one of our vehicles there, even for an oil change, they would claim something is wrong. Even when,they claimed something to coat$1,000 fix and it was only $200. So all in5 months my OH spent over 5,000 with them, and still needs a radio, so thought they said they fixed it, did 500 in body work, left a whole in the floor, said he did an undercoat and totally didn't. Anyway, took a lot to,learn what tip offs these are, but I would never recommend to my worst enemy.
Ive been bringing my personal and business vehicle's here for repair since they opened the doors, couldn't ask for more honest people. Never had a problem and would trust them with any project. I live an hour away these days and still make the trek to Barre for repairs here. Don't hesitate to have your car repaired at AJ's Sunoco you won't be disappointed
DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I brought my new car here for an inspection, and although I left with an inspection sticker, I also left with 2 1/2" of cracked glass in my windshield. I asked how this happened, and was told it must have happened when I pulled my vehicle from their parking lot. I asked them to replace the windshield, as I did not bring it to them that way, and they refused, and treated me like I was crazy. I asked them next to go half and half on the price of the windshield, so that I may be compensated in some way for their obvious lack of care with my vehicle, and they said absolutely not. I feel like the owner of this establishment needs a course in consumer etiquette. I gave them my business, and my money, and they gave me an inspection sticker, and a cracked windshield. I would not even trust these people to pump gas.
I received the best customer service here. I have brought my vehicle to many different shops in Barre and none exceeded the great customer service and value I received here. The mechanic was very through and does excellent work. I would recommend to anyone.
