Will never purchase from sears again. Online said washer was 399.99 wouldn't honor price even though it said pick up at that store for that price. Talked to manager which wasn't helpful either. Said we could bring back the washer return it otder it online and rebuy. He also said they do match prices but can't match sears online. I have purchased all my appliances there in the past and never had an issue. The So will never shop their again.
I would highly recommend this particular Sears store if you want to be treated like a very valuable customer.
The customer service that I received from this independently owned Sears store was incredible! The owner of the store helped me personally to resolve an issue and he kept in touch with me until everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.
We went in for a new washer and dryer, sales rep knew his business. All went well.
