I worked here as a teenager and sold tickets. I know the manager personally and have never had any issues while working there or going to see a movie.
Poor showmanship of a business.
Less than stellar customer service
Great little theatre with good sound and real Cabot butter. No ice though.
My family grew up there. So important to Barre. Thank you
Uncleaned toilets
I was here several weeks ago seeing Logan, during the movie I went out to concessions to buy another drink. The manager was sitting behind the counter talking on the phone, made eye contact with me and refused to come to the counter to take my order. I waited more than 5 minutes while he just sat there talking on the phone and looking at me. I gave up and went back to the movie and we haven't been back since. Terrible customer service.
