Concentra was able to get me in for a D.O.T physical on a moment s notice. The staff where very courteous and attentive to all my needs. Thanks and keep up the good work
Called a day ahead late near there closing time to check availability, tell me to be there at 9am for only a small wait time. I show up after driving an hour to get here they become super rude and snoby to tell me they're suddenly super busy and have many appointments ahead of mine and thay the wait time will be more than 3 hours. No thanks went to MD clear choice they said to see me the same day no problem, short wait time. This place certainly not an "urgent care".
While the receptionist and medical assistant were pleasant, the physician's assistant that performs the actual physical is quite rude. Most alarmingly, however, is the physician's assistant's ignorance of the actual FMCSR regulations.
Excellent staff, very friendly.
