Yesterday, I was traveling from out of state to take my daughter to camp in Vermont. Of course I did what most riders do when traveling out of state, and that is to sought out the Harley dealerships along your travels. Turning into the parking lot of the dealership, I saw familiarity with the bikes lined up for the riders motorcycle course. From that point, I felt like I was in a local dealership in Atlanta where I took my course. Upon entering dealership, I was warmly greeted by an employee who was tending to someone at the cash register. She kindly offered water or coffee and proceeded to tell me about the apparel layout in the store and assisted during my visit. Although, I'm only in that area once a year, I will include it as a stop over the next several years when dropping my daughter off at camp. Nicely organized dealership with a large selection of apparel. Let's not forget to mention, nice employees. That there alone is a reflection on Ownership/management. See you next year this time.
Fantastic group of people hands down! From sales to parts and even the girls in motor clothes you won't find another Harley dealer with the attention to customer focus as wilkins so when purchasing your next bike keep them in mind
I just purchased my third bike (2017 H-D Street Bob) from Wilkins Harley-Davidson. Once again, I cannot compliment them enough for truly world-class customer service. Every member of the staff is amazing and really take the time to listen to the customer and steer him/her in the right direction, whether in Sales, Service, Parts/Accessories or MotorClothes. If and when I am ready to purchase my fourth, I will be making the trip to Wilkins Harley-Davidson in South Barre, VT. Do yourself a favor and check them out!
