For 20+ years they've been our vets and we're very grateful they are there for our cats. The new offices are nice.
The new facilities are especially thoughtful. We have a slightly anxious dog and cat. Each of them is attended in the way that makes them as comfortable as possible. I really can't say enough about how much I appreciate Onion River Animal Hospital for the excellent care they receive.
We have been bringing our beloved pets to Onion River Animal Hospital for over 24 years. They are kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. They've seen us through some sad times and always been there for us. Their new facilities are brilliant and well-thought-out. When there are options of care, they outline the pros and cons, and explain reasons why we might choose one course over another. They support our decisions and they obviously love our pets, too.
Had an emergency visit on Saturday morning, was able to be slotted in very quickly. Pet needed transfer to another facility, which was handled promptly. Records had been submitted to receiving facility electronically, and were there when I arrived. Staff pleasant, kind, and understanding.
The new space at 2386 Airport Road is AMAZING. Not only did I have an emergent visit need on a Saturday and they were able to fit me in, my dog was really more calm in the new space. The adjustable exam table made it easy for access for the vet and my dog. It was all around an even better experience than the ones in the past at the old space.
