My husband and I came in to the store today just to browse. Our current bed is costly and only 5 years old... but it's very uncomfortable. Shelly showed us a range of mattresses in our budget. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and resourceful. She worked with us to receive credit approval. Once we were approved, she worked to get the mattress we wanted within our price point and even threw in some free pillows for being approved. Now, we are walking out of here about an hour later with a new mattress to be delivered and set up directly in our home! The process was so easy and we will refer all of our family and friends here! We will definitely come back for beds for rooms in our new house! Thank you Shelly!!!

Shelly Stawicki did an amazing job of schooling me on bed education and helped me pick out a bed based on my budget. My only wish is that I had more help getting my new box spring and mattress in my truck when picking it up. Other than that, great overall experience at Mattress Firm!!
