Very easy to understand the auto mechanics ..they explain things if needed in easier terms
I responded to a craigslist ad for rims and tires; emails with the seller had confusing language with no indication that it was a business owner - it turned out to be this Auto Clinic. I had to negotiate to get both tires and rims for slightly above asking price. I just took the wheels to the dealer and they couldn't properly balance two of them because 'someone' had ground down corrosion on the inner hub with a grinder. Oh, and most of their positive reviews are one-time reviewers. The dog is nice.
These guys saved my butt when I broke down in Barre. After waiting over an hour for a USAA tow dispatch, I got fed up and called around until I found an available tow. Turns out they could get me in, assess my vehicle, and get me out that same afternoon, and even did an amazing job keeping the repairs reasonably priced without cutting corners.
I've been going here for 2yrs and have great service everytime. Jason and his team are nice and knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions.
They towed my car there. I had $ to pay my bill. They refused to release my car to me due to a plate issue. My car was legal everything else. Now being charged for storage because they won't release it unless I have it towed out of there. And re registered. I have tried to reason with them. Now I can't get my car due to $. Not happy!
I brought my vehicle back to them after a similar incident (different problem!) and stumped my regular mechanic. Once again, assessed and had the hard to find parts ordered the next day.
